Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the footwear is unworn, in its original condition, and packed securely within the original dmodot branded packaging.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

  Refund or Replacement

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair immediately.
